Production

The Quality build in Production

We have developed our manufacturing facility with the philosophy -"The Quality build in Production ". We have planned our component Parts manufacturing units with high efficiency Korean electrical and German Hybrid Injection Molding Machine (IMM). We are using specialized robots along with the IMM for the ease of smooth & high volume production. We have installed Taiwanese Hot runner Mold within the IMM for the maximum utilization of raw materials. The Extrusion unit produced high speed premium quality soft tubes that enhanced the customer’s satisfaction.

The Assembly unit enriched with automated series of printing, assembling, packaging, etc. machines along with in process Laser vision quality control system. These machines have high capacity and able to meet huge customer demand with Quality devices. The Assembly unit also backed by spacious packaging and well organized warehouse facility.

We have our own sterilization unit to ensure the sterility and safety of the sterile devices to meet the ISO 10993, ISO 11135 & ISO 11137 series regulatory compliance.

We installed an In process Quality Control Laboratory. This Laboratory consists of high tech precise euqipments such as Quick image measuring machine, measuring microscope, Sharpness Tester, Profile Projector, etc and able to identify any kind of quality defect of the devices very quickly. This system increases the rate of quality production and reduce the chance of incidents.

Quality Management system as per ISO 9001, ISO13485 & European Medical Device Regulation

We have established a Quality Management system as per ISO 9001, ISO13485 & European Medical Device Regulation to meet the local and international standards and ensuring a new dimension of quality for the manufactured medical devices. Our laboratories are designed with sophisticated and necessary equipment such as color vision & Quick Image microscope, Universal Autograph Tester, Gas Chromatograph, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Incubator, LAF, LAL analyzer, etc.

The enriched Microbiology Laboratory is able to ensure the sterility and safety of the sterile devices to meet the ISO 10993, ISO 11135 & ISO 11137 series regulatory compliance.

Product Development

Effective and Quality medical devices manufacturing

Our Product Development unit have expertise across the effective and Quality medical devices manufacturing. This unit is playing a vital role in the development of new devices within the schedule and efficiently transferring the new process in commercial production. The Product Development unit contribute to meet the customer’s requirement in accordance with regulatory compliance.

Engineering Unit

Full manufacturing system with experienced and sound solution

The Engineering unit support the full manufacturing system with experienced and sound solution.

The 3.5 MVA power substation maintain the electricity supply through the Bus Bar trunking system to optimize the electricity supply with safety. The 1.32 MVA diesel generator ensure the uninterrupted power supply during manufacturing operation. More over the solar system alternative power supply added an improvise effect to the power solution.

The Maintenance sub-unit is continuously strive for the smooth operation. The well-equipped engineering workshop and Mold maintenance sub-unit also added effective support to limit the breakdown during regular operation. The calibration process is carried out in a schedule fashion to maintain the manufacturing with validated compliance.

Beside these the BMS control HVAC system, compressed air, cooling tower, water treatment plant etc. system effectively maintained the "Clean Room" environment for the devices manufacturing with safety.
